What is the Nic Pack^® liquid nicotine system?

Nic Pack System Origin

The original Nic Pack System was first formulated in late 2013. It’s origins stemmed from the need to find a solution to reduce inventory, therefore, saving money. A chain store which at the time had 50 flavors of E-Juice in 10ml bottles with 4 varying strengths per flavor needed to find a better solution. On average each location carried 12 bottles per flavor per nicotine strength for a total of 2400 bottles. The solution was for each location to only carry zero nicotine E-Juice. Each location was to carry 25 bottles of each flavor which reduced the inventory of bottles from 2400 to 1250. The first Nic-Pack^® System was created via dispensing bottles, vs small individual packs, to add nicotine to the bottles. In addition to the advantage of reduction of inventory, other advantages of this system were that now instead of 4 varieties of nicotine strengths, there were 9 variation in nicotine strengths available per flavor. If each location had to carry 9 strengths of nicotine per flavor in the traditional format they would of have to carry 5400 bottles per location. Other advantages were the increase of shelf life from 6 months to 2 years of the e juice, and increase space on the shelf for a wider variety of E-Juice the stores could not offer.

Nic Pack System Evolution

“50 flavors of E-Juice and Drip-Juice is not very much in today’s specialty retailers. Many specialty retailers carry over 250 flavors.” Several improvements and modifications were made to the Nic Pack^® system over the years:

• System offers a 100% Vegetable Glycerine base version, and nicotine Salts version.
• System was originally made for 10ml zero nicotine E-juice bottles and was diversified to work on bottles sizes ranging from 10ml to 120ml.
• Dispensers for nicotine were replaced with Nic Pack^® Nicotine Pillow Packs™ packaging with Double child resistant seals.
• System was made compliant with new FDA regulation.
